Research
Research Topics
- Main field: Sr and Nd isotope geochemistry
- Others: geochemistry, relationships between tectonics and volcanism
Current research activity
- Sr and Nd isotopic systematics in petrology of carbonatites and related rock-types
- Sr and Nd isotopic systematics applied to ore deposit studies for sources and compositions of the fluids
- Sr isotopes applied to stratigraphy as a contribution to understanding basin development in different tectonic settings
- Sr isotopic composition of food products to discriminate the geographic origin
- Sr isotopes to archaeometry: bioapatite (dental enamel and bone) for investigation on survival strategies, migrations, and individual living
- Sr and Nd, isotopes applied to water and soil studies to track the biogeochemical cycles on the Earth
